What is the difference between a matte print and canvas?

Matte prints only come as the print itself! There is NOT a frame included, but rather it is ready for any of your frames! Canvases on the other hand are textured and are wrapped around wooden framework!

Do matte prints come with frames?

Frames are not included with our matte prints, but rather they are ready for any of the frames that you already have!

What is the shipping and processing time?

If you are purchasing any of our prints "as-is," the shipping and processing time is 2-3 business days! Customs on the other had take an estimated day for designing, depending on your responsiveness in communication! Shipping will still be the normal 2-3 business days!

Does Printed Marketplace sell wholesale?

We do sell wholesale! Simply go to registration to sign up! With a your Printed Marketplace Wholesale account you can shop and purchase from our whole product line, track your order status and shopping history! You can access promotions and stay in touch with the recent design trends! Upon registration, we will reach out to you within 48 hours with your wholesale account information. We are excited to work with you!

How do I place a custom order?

Customs are easier than you think! Simply go to checkout and there will be a text box for you to send a message along with the print you would like to customize! If there is a specific print that you would like, and there are not any products similar to what you are looking for, feel free to send us an email and we would be happy to help!

Refund Policy

Returns

Contact us within 3 days of delivery if you would like a refund.
Products must be returned 14 days after delivery to get a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cancelizations

To cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at derek@printedmarketplace.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at derek@printedmarketplace.com and send your item to: Printed Marketplace LLC, 309 Northern Drive NW, Grand Rapids MI 49534, United States.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
